To be more specific of what we mean by a GURU in spiritual World: This does not change any definition to the above statement but having lot of definitions to it.

- Remove the darkness of ignorance within the heart
- Destroyer of the Darkness
- Shows a Way to reach GOD also can be called as Self Realization

Sri Jagad Guru Sudheendra Theertha
Guru Raghavendra's (Mantralayam) teacher is Jagad guru Sudheendra Theertha (xxxx-2004). Not known where he born but he spent lot of time with people in Paidiparru, a Village near to Tanuku in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. People treat him as he is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu (Vishnu Aamsha). He is a Siddha Purusha who wants to be in Gupt (not interested to know much about him to the people around him). He showed his grace to many people who are around him in that village. Only who are very close to him will only know about him that too with his permission. We have an Ashram in Undrajavaram which is built by Devotees and many hindu festivals and aarathis are celebrated here. Lot of Annadaanam happens here on almost all major Festivals. We do not have much information about this Great Rishi as I mentioned above not interested to be known to many people. But whereever he is, his blessings and grace will be there to all humans. He is one of the Greatest of Greatest Gurus which our Mother EARTH and INDIA has given us.

Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi
Bhagavan Sri Ramana is a great Saint which we are pretty much owe to our Country for giving us. At very young Age infact in Child Hood itself Ramana used to reach Thiruvannamalai. Whenever he used to hear about this Thiruvannamalai, he used to feel some thing excited and one fine day he left home by taking few pennys to travel to Thiruvannamalai by train. Once he reached he spent many days near to Thiruvannamalai and there are some Dens (GUHA's) where he spent lot of time in doing Meditation (Sadhana). He never bothered about food and clothes he require to wear. He always search for "I". What is "I"? That is the source of all feelings in human. Ramana used to say always if you search for "I" then you will find the truth. He is having many followers across the World and many used to do "Sadhana" here. Always Bhagavan used to say to go around "Arunachala Giri". He used to say that Arunachala Hill is none other than LORD SHIVA. Also geographically the Arunachala also treated as "Center" of the Earth. People who want to go around the Hill, should always walk on left of the path. Right side of the path will be used by Siddhas in Sookshma (Invisible) roopa. So, no one should disturb them on their way.

Maha Avtaar Babaji
We all got to know about Maha Avtaar Babaji because of Paramahamsa Yogananda. Babaji is the one who brought to this world about Kriya Yoga. This is a very old technic being used by Sages or Rishis on this earth. Maha Avtaar Babaji is still alive and people used to say that he is in Himalayas. He is a person of having around 2000 Years of Age. Main reason of being on this earth for this long time is because of his breathing practice and of-course he is master of Kriya Yoga. Babaji and Christ or of same period which they born and they used to meet and discuss about the eternal life and used to help the common man to become free from bondage of this worldly things by implementing the Kriya Yoga technics. There are numerous websites about Babaji but want to furnish as much as I can about different Yogis and Gurus. This is my sincere try to furnish the information about different Gurus as much as I can. There are so many disciples to Maha Avtaar Babaji out of which the first sishya is Lahiri Mahasaya who is famous in this world, along with him and after him Yukteswara Giri and his disciple is Yogananda who flourished about Kriya Yoga and Babaji to the Western World.

Lahiri Mahasaya
Lahiri Maharshi (1828-1895) is the disciple of Mahavtar Babaji. Infact we can say he is the first disciple that we know of Mahavatar Babaji. There is an interesting fact that happened between Lahiri Mahasaya meeting with Babaji. Lahiri used to work as an accountant in British Government. He suddenly transferred to Raniketh (a place in Himalayas) where Britishers thought to develop their Military Strength in that area. So, Lahiri went there as part of his Job and all of a sudden he heared an unknown voice calling him. So, he just went through that sound in the direction from where it is comming and finally landed in a cave which is very quiet. Then he appeared to be see a person none other than our MahaAvatar Babaji and he told that because of his will, he was been transferred to Raniketh. Babaji told Lahiri that Babaji and Lahiri were doing sadhana and he showed that where Lahiri used to practise in the Previous Janma (Birth) of Lahiri.

Sri Yukteshwar was an educator, astronomer, and a believer in the Bhagavad Gita and the Bible. Yukteswar wrote a book called "The Holy Science" which is an essence brought out from both Hinduism and Christianism. This was asked by Maha Avtaar Babaji to Yukteswar and hence this book is in place for all of us to understand more in terms of Religion and also in terms of ONE GOD for all religions.
